OFF-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES: We have been advised by the Ontario Conference Office of Education that all school trips are to be suspended immediately pending a review of policy and practice. As such, swimming, library visits and church visits have been cancelled until further notice. Please find attached a letter from the Superintendent of Education on this matter.
CORONAVIRUS: As you may know, as of January 27, 2020 there are two presumptive cases of Wuhan novel coronavirus in Ontario. Please find attached letters from Ontario’s Chief Medical Office of Health, Dr. David Williams and the Health Ministries Department of the Ontario Conference, providing you with valuable advice and information.
PD DAY: School will be closed on Thursday, February 6 for scheduled Professional Activity. Classes will resume on Friday, February 7.
HOME AND SCHOOL: A meeting of this body will convene on Thursday, February 13th at 5:00 p.m. This will be immediately following the Science Club. Please make every effort to attend.
PIZZA LUNCH: If you have prepaid for pizza lunches for the month of February please note that you will only need to pay for 2 lunches in March. Since school is closed on February 6 that payment will be transferred to March.
